“We are delighted with our first acquisition. Hosted Revolution fits well within our current product and service offering. As well as inheriting a large pool of contract based customers, we are delighted to welcome the excellent business development and support team to Connect. We are now actively looking for new IT businesses to acquire to accelerate our growth at a faster rate.”

Specialists in providing extensive support and advice on all aspects of buying and selling businesses, Prism Corporate Broking, are teaming up with highly respected solicitors, Ashton Graham, to hold a FREE ½ day seminar to help owner/managers maximise the value of their businesses.
The event is to be held on 16th November 2010 at Wherstead Park, Ipswich. Aimed at local business owner/managers, whether they are planning to sell their business, expand through acquisition, or just interested in learning how to maximise the value of their business, this half day seminar is FREE and commences at 9.15am.
In addition to benefiting from insight from some highly experienced business professionals, delegates will gain an understanding of the six essential elements needed to transform their future, from both a legal and business perspective.
The event is also likely to be of interest to those considering acquisitions as it gives an insight into what is of value to an acquirer and how valuations are made. In addition, a former CEO of a successful business will provide first hand advice from his experience of going through the business sales process.
Heading the presentation team are Peter Watson, Managing Director from Prism Corporate Broking and Paul Whittingham, Head of Corporate Law from Ashton Graham. Peter adds, ‘We ran a similar seminar back in June and the feedback was excellent. Delegates found it interesting, food for thought and time well spent. We are delighted to be teaming up with Ashton Graham which will add a further dimension to the seminar, allowing delegates to gain an insight into adding value to their businesses in addition to learning about essential legal considerations.”
