Prism provided practical advice and counselling on the sales process and procedures, ensuring we never felt alone or without the necessary experience to step through the sale. Just because I understood how to run a complex company, with a subsidiary in Sri Lanka, in the demanding world of IT, that did not provide the experience of selling a company. Nick Clarke – Systems Administrators Limited
Nick Clarke was until recently the CEO of SysAdmins, a technology consultancy with its headquarters in Cambridge and a subsidiary in Sri Lanka.
Nick started his career with the Ministry of Defence, acting in various Project and Operations Manager roles associated with information technology. He then became Director of Worldwide IT services for ARC International Plc, an international technology company before moving to SysAdmins.
Active in the local community he is a County Councillor with special responsibilities for scrutiny and procurement, an operating board member of the Greater Cambridge Partnership and until recently an independent member of the Cambridgeshire Police Authority.
