    Peter qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC) in London, working in the Corporate Finance and Business services groups. Peter then moved into industry and ended up managing a scientific instrumentation business for a number of years before successfully selling the business via a Trade Sale.

    Peter joined Prism Corporate Broking as a Director of Corporate Finance, which was part of the AIM listed Dipford Group plc and has helped many other owner managers – in both acquisition and sale. He undertook a management buy out in 2005 and is now Managing Director.

    He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and is now one of the team of business counsellors who contribute to the Business Growth and Development Programme at Cranfield. BGP is the UK’s leading programme for ambitious owner managers.

    Peter is married with two children, is a keen sailor and in 2006 completed the two handed round Britain and Ireland Race.
