Prism Advise on Sale of PCME Ltd to Environnement SA

Environnement SA, leading European supplier of environmental monitoring systems, and PCME, leading European developer and manufacturer of continuous particulate monitors for industrial processes, are proud to announce the acquisition of PCME by Environnement SA. It allows the enlarged group to offer worldwide, the most advanced and wide range of solutions to match present and future challenges in respect of process or regulatory environmental monitoring requirements.

This alliance will immediately contribute to the market release of a new range of innovative flow emission monitors, and accelerate both Research and Development in joint projects for innovative in situ instruments.

Each entity will keep its own autonomy, retaining the current management team and employees. The two companies are now concentrating their efforts on the anticipated strong growth of their activities provided by the synergies. It will benefit their respective customers, partners and employees in terms of expertise, quality and services.
