Prism Corporate Broking primarily work with owner managers seeking to buy and sell businesses. We have worked across a range of sectors but have developed a particular specialism in the following:

Prism is much more than just a ‘match maker’. We provide extensive advice on preparation for business sale, merger or acquisition, the identification and vetting of potential buyers or sellers, plus continued support and advice throughout the negotiations, due diligence, deal structure  and transaction processes.

We have worked on a variety of mergers & acquisitions over recent years, predominantly within our specialist sectors but also have considerable experience elsewhere.

No two business merger or acquisition transactions are ever the same, but this very fact broadens and enriches our experience of the issues likely to be encountered. Nonetheless, focusing predominantly on a small number of sectors allows us to accumulate industry knowledge and – more importantly – sector contacts and knowledge of specific companies’ M&A plans.
