Our aim is to ensure you make the right decisions at the right time. Typically we work on transactions involving technology businesses within a £0.5m to £20m turnover range (though the vendor or acquirer can be substantially larger than this).

Peter has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and now lectures on their popular Business Growth and Development Programme (BGP), the UK’s leading programme for ambitious owner-managers. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Robert has impressive business knowledge and experience. He has always worked with and within private sector SMEs. Prior to joining Prism he worked as a business consultant for over ten years advising owner-managers on a wide range of strategic business development and succession issues, with a particular interest in the technology sector.

Robert has a Masters in Marketing from Cranfield University. He joined the Prism team in 2007 as a seasoned business professional with a great deal of experience and business acumen to share with clients.

Ben joined the Prism team with a good understanding of business having gained a BA/BSc Honours Degree in Business Management and Finance from the University of Hertfordshire and having worked as an accountant for four years with SME’s.

Ben has the role of Corporate Finance Assistant and works closely with Peter and Robert.  He provides valuable support to the team with market and target company research and analysis, producing financial overviews, compiling and presenting sale documentation and the creation of business reports for both business sales and acquisitions.

He also monitors tech sector M&A activity as well as assisting with on-going mandate progression.
