Who is Prism Corporate Broking?

Prism Corporate Broking is an award-winning corporate finance and broking boutique that specialises in Buying and Selling Technology Businesses. Prism advises clients on every aspect of buying or selling from essential pre-sale advice or acquisition preparation through to successful deal completion.

Why choose Prism?

The Prism approach is refreshingly different and very successful.

We are technology sector specialists, predominantly working with UK clients but often seeking overseas buyers. Our knowledge of the market and extensive contacts ensures that we can identify and engage with targets looking to acquire or sell. Our dedicated and specialist team tailors each assignment to suit clients’ individual businesses and more importantly, their personal objectives. All assignments are Director led (not delegated) and our highly contingent fee model incentivises success.

Working with us

In order to achieve greatest impact we would encourage you to engage with us at an early stage. This will present greatest scope to advise you on sale or acquisition options and readiness, and will help to build value.

Our aim is to ensure you make the right decisions at the right time. Typically we work on transactions involving technology businesses within a £0.5m to £20m turnover range (though the vendor or acquirer can be substantially larger than this).

Strong business ethics

We are not volume players; this enables us to deliver a highly personalised service, uniquely tailored towards individual needs and objectives. Our business ethic is strong, trusted, honest and open — telling you what you need to know, not just what we think you might want to hear.

Prism is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA); therefore we can also advise on minority investments/divestments.
