Our Team

Prism Corporate Broking comprises two Directors – Peter and Robert – who are M&A specialists, plus an amazing support team. Both Peter and Robert have years of experience working with owners of private companies, helping them to buy and sell businesses. Having worked across a variety of sectors over the years we are able to reach further than the technology sector if required.

Peter Watson

Director of Corporate Finance

Peter, a qualified Chartered Accountant, unites years of experience within the corporate world with first-hand experience of selling his own business. Clients enjoy, and benefit from, his energetic and passionate approach and feel confidence that he is working with them to achieve their objectives.

Peter has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and now lectures on their popular Business Growth and Development Programme (BGP), the UK’s leading programme for ambitious owner-managers. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Robert Fiske

Director of Corporate Finance

Robert has impressive business knowledge and experience. He has always worked with and within private sector SMEs. Prior to joining Prism he worked as a business consultant for over ten years advising owner-managers on a wide range of strategic business development and succession issues, with a particular interest in the technology sector.

Robert has a Masters in Marketing from Cranfield University. He joined the Prism team in 2007 as a seasoned business professional with a great deal of experience and business acumen to share with clients.

Jack Robinson
BA (Hons)

Corporate Finance Assistant

Jack joined the Prism team with a broad understanding of business having gained a BA Honours Degree in Business from Nottingham Trent University. During that time Jack also spent a year on placement as an Accounts Assistant.

Jack has the role of Corporate Finance Assistant and works closely with Peter and Robert. He provides valuable support to the team with market and target company research and analysis, producing financial overviews, compiling and presenting sale documentation and the creation of business reports for both business sales and acquisitions.

Sarah Parks

Marketing & Communications Manager

Sarah is a seasoned marketing professional with a real passion for marketing and over 20 years’ experience across many sectors, in particular the tech sector. She is Chartered Institute of Marketing qualified and has the ability to grasp the needs of different sectors quickly and apply marketing principles in both B2B and B2C to design, plan and implement UK and global marketing strategies.

Alison Lewis
BSc (Hons) GDip

Marketing & Research Assistant

Alison has 9 year’s experience in marketing and events, mainly in the tech sector. She has a BSc Honours Degree in Environmental Sciences and a Graduate Diploma in Conservation & Project Administration, both from the University of East Anglia.


Her roll includes assisting Sarah with the promotion of services and events, and also undertaking research and system administration to support Peter and Robert with their projects.
