Prism Facilitate Sale of Award-Winning IT Business
We are pleased to announce that the Prism team have facilitated the sale of award-winning IT company, React Computer Partnership Limited, to IT services investment group, Clipeum IT.
React Computer Partnership Limited (React) was established in 1997 by three brothers, Francis, Richard and Alan Pledger, and has since grown steadily in both size and reputation. Based in Suffolk, it is a trusted provider of a comprehensive range of IT support and managed services across the East of England. Maintaining a strong family business ethos has enabled React to build robust and long-standing business relationships with an enviable and loyal client-base.
Clipeum IT was established to partner with and acquire IT services businesses in order to maximise their potential and engender faster growth. The company is creating an interlocking group of IT service companies providing complete and secure IT solutions for SMEs throughout the UK. They will be retaining the React brand and its staff, with Alan Pledger continuing to run the day-to-day operations. Richard Pledger is staying on for a short time and Francis Pledger has retired.
