Last week Prism’s MD, Peter Watson, was back at the Cranfield School of Management co-presenting a two-day Selling Your Business Masterclass. Peter has had a long association with the Cranfield through their highly acclaimed Business Growth Programme (BGP) on which he has been both visiting lecturer and delegate counsellor over the past 10 years.
The 2-day programme covered both building value in the business prior to sale, as well as the process of sale itself. James Allen of Birketts LLP gave an excellent summary of the legal process, plus there were also contributions from a couple of people that have been through the process when selling their businesses.
