Prism Report on UK SITS Deals in 2025 Out Now

In “State of Mergers & Acquisitions in the UK Software & IT Services Sector” our research finds that deal numbers in the UK Software & IT Services (SITS) sector for 2025 were down slightly (-0.9%) from 2024, however, this reduction is notably less than what was seen in all sectors (-8.9%).

This report details SITS sector trends and considers the impact of the wider economy. It looks at recent and historical M&A volume, compares various market indices.
