On that note, can I recommend a forthcoming Prism seminar to you? It’s about How To Get Top Value For Your Tech Business – a common theme I know, but less common in practice!
The seminar takes place on Tuesday 28th February from 10:00-11:45. We’re sticking with virtual delivery and if you are contemplating a sale in the next 3 years we’d really encourage you to attend.
The Prism team will review the current state of the tech M&A market and look into how businesses are valued. We will also go through some of the ways that you can add value prior to and during the sales process, and the importance of receiving good advice!
